Josianne Arbour

Dr. Arbour completed her doctorate in veterinary medicine at the University of Montreal (Saint-Hyacinthe campus) in 2005. She then completed an internship at the DMV Veterinary Center in 2005 and has practiced in a clinic full-time during the day and emergency medicine part time. In 2008 she accepted a position as a clinician in emergency medicine at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Montreal, a position she held until the beginning of her second internship in emergency and intensive care in 2009. The second internship was conducted at the Animal Emergency Center and Specialty Services in Wisconsin, USA with the prestigious Dr. Kirby and Dr. Rudloff.

Kim Lamoureux

Dre Kim Lamoureux

After a minor in biology completed in 2004, Dr. Kim Lamoureux was accepted and completed the doctoral program in
veterinary medicine with honors from the University of Montreal in 2009.

She then followed with an internship in medicine and surgery for companion animals at the University of
Montreal. Since July 2010, Dr. Lamoureux is a clinician with the emergency service of DMV Centres.

Julie Alexander

Dre Julie Alexander

Emergency departement

Dr. Alexander graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Montreal in 2009. During her
studies, she was the student responsible of the Kennel Club and the Shelter in 2006. After graduation, she
completed a general practice companion animals internship at DMV Centres. She is now part of the emergency team.

Wafa Chabouni

Dre Wafa Chabouni

Dr. Chabouni graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in 2007 and then completed an internship at DMV
Centres. Dr. Chabouni is now part of the team of the emergency department.

Anne-Marie Couture

Dre Anne-Marie Couture

After completing 2 years of a minor in biochemistry at Montreal University , Dr. Couture graduated from the
Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Saint-Hyacinthe in 2004. She then completed an internship at DMV from 2004 to
2005, where she remained with the emergency department until 2006. She then worked at the the Faculty of
Veterinary Medicine in Saint-Hyacinthe in the intensive care department from 2006 to 2008. She’s now back at DMV
since October 2008.

Caroline Lemieux

Dre Caroline Lemieux

After 3 years of Bachelor of Psychology at the University of Montreal, Dr. Caroline Lemieux completed her doctorate in Veterinary Medicine, at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Montreal in 2007. She subsequently began her career at the DMV Veterinary Center as a clinician in emergency medicine.

Marie-Ève Gaudet

Dre Marie-Ève Gaudet

Admitted to a Ph.D. in Veterinary Medicine in 2000, Dr. Marie-Eve Gaudet completed it with honors in 2005.
Continuing on at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, University of Montreal, she then completed an internship in
medicine and surgery of companion animals in 2006. Since August 2006, Dr. Gaudet is a clinician in the emergency
department at DMV Centres.

Claude Lefebvre

Dre Claude Lefebvre

With a minor in biological sciences from the University of Montreal, Dr. Claude Lefebvre continued her studies at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Saint-Hyacinthe from 1997 to 2001. She subsequently completed her training in emergency care by completing an internship at the Animal Medical Center in New York. After starting her career in the emergency department of the Veterinary Specialty Clinic in Chicago, Dr. Lefebvre returned to Montreal in 2003 to join the emergency team at DMV Centres.

René Lalonde

Dr René Lalonde

Dr Lalonde first completed a minor in biology at the University of Montreal in 1998 before beginning his studies
at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of Montreal from 1998 to 2002. He subsequently undertook an internship at
DMV Centres which he completed in 2003. He later practiced regularly in clinic, either at the De la Seigneurie
Animal Hospital and St-Eustache-Deux-Montagnes Animal Hospital before returning to DMV as a full-time emergency
veterinarian since January 2004.
